AI Disclosure
Last updated: October 23, 2026 (version 2026-10-23).
Legal Tech AI™ uses artificial intelligence. This page tells you what that means.
- We are not a law firm. The Service does not provide legal advice or representation, does not create an attorney-client relationship, and does not automatically create attorney-client privilege. Consult a licensed attorney when you need legal advice.
- AI can be wrong. Mi AI™ and our other tools can produce incorrect, incomplete or outdated statements, and can misunderstand your documents or facts. You must verify everything before you rely on it or share it.
- Which AI. The Service uses a third-party large language model provided by Anthropic. Your prompts and the text of documents you submit are sent to that provider to produce a response.
- Citations. Our tools are built to cite only authorities retrieved from our research database and to flag citations they cannot verify. A citation marked as found means it exists in our database. It does not mean the case is still good law or that it supports a particular statement. Verify every authority yourself.
- Coverage. Our legal research database is limited by the sources we can lawfully use. Its coverage, dates and gaps are shown in the Service. An authority missing from our database may still exist.
- Binding and persuasive labels are orientation aids. They may be wrong for your court and facts.
- Your responsibility. Legal professionals remain responsible for their own work and duties. Everyone should confirm important legal information with a licensed attorney.
Legal Tech AI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or representation. Use of this platform does not create an attorney-client relationship, and communications with it are not protected by attorney-client privilege.
